SPECIAL MINISTRIES

Weddings are a welcoming door to Bexley Church. Often times when the bride and groom are not members of Bexley Church, someone from the wedding party or a guest becomes attracted to Bexley and decides to become a member. Bexley Church will marry anyone, members or not. Our open door policy on weddings has brought many new friends, and we open our arms to all our guests. Pre-marital Wedding Counseling Sessions are offered at Bexley Church with the pastor who will be performing the ceremony. Three separate sessions will be scheduled through the church office and are to be completed prior to the date of your marriage ceremony.

Baptisms

"Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins may be forgiven. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children, and for all who are far off - for all whom the Lord our God will call." Acts 2: 38, 39

Funerals and Memorial Services

Jesus said to his disciples:

"Let not your hearts be troubled; believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way where I am going."

Preplanning is invited and pastors will partner with you in a gentle and helpful way.
